Always occurring on the 3rd Saturday and Sunday in July, Homecoming is two days of fun and celebration. The origins of the event date back to August 1957 when it marked the 150th anniversary of the establishment of a post office in Pultneyville. The first Homecoming was a three-day event, starting with the appropriately attired Charles Easton delivering mail from Williamson to Pultneyville via Pony Express.
